Lusori Group specialise in creating bespoke modular solutions for a wide range of building types, including holiday homes, offices, leisure facilities, bars and cafes, affordable and emergency housing, schools and educational facilities. We take your vision from concept through to completion. Providing a concept design, visuals, imagery and finally a full stage four design ready for manufacture. Our teams will then, prepare the site including all civils and drainage works ready for installation using suitable lifting/access equipment to safely position the units to suit the constraints of the site.

Unlike other Design and Build companies in the Market, Lusori do not have a ‘Pre’ and ‘Post’ Contract team. This means that the client has a single point of contact throughout the whole process.
Working with a network of specialist suppliers and Sub-Contractors, we have the right people to deliver your project. Careful planning and risk mitigation early on means that our projects are delivered on time and within budget, every single time.
Lusori Group is built on a strong foundation of Project Management. Over the years we have learnt that the key to a successful project is great communication and sound organisation. Every person involved in the project (including the client) needs to fully understand what is required of them, to what standard and by when. It is the responsibility of the Project Managers to communicate this, ensure everyone understands and to monitor progress at every stage.
In addition to our building services, we can also offer impartial Project Management services for any type of construction project. This is often useful where specialist ‘nominated’ contractors are required for a particular project. We can assist with coordination of the design and preparation of the specification as well as assisting with tendering stage, quantity surveying and management of the on siteworks, completion and handover.
Having worked in the industry for so long, our team have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the whole process when it comes to project planning.
We offer a service where we can guide the client through all stages of the project including concept and spatial design work in line with budget costings to test feasibility. We can then coordinate the submission of building regulation and planning applications once the design is agreed.
Partnering with tried and tested Architects, Structural and Civil Engineers, MEP consultants and a whole host of other specialists who are needed, we can prepare a complete stage 4 technical design required for final pricing and construction of the project.
Another benefit in having Lusori Group oversee this element is that we are able to monitor the design progression with you to keep you appraised of how certain elements may be impacting the build cost after stage four designs have been completed, compared to the project budget set (normally by the architects) at stage 2.
